[Kratos's balance seems better; after a few paces Yuan lets him find his own way. Kratos can manage, and Yuan can catch if he really needs to, but this seems more likely to alleviate that suffocated feeling.]

[Raine trails Kratos a little bit, though, evidently not quite as confident in his skills as Yuan is. When he turns to her she startles, though recovers it quickly.]

[This is at least partially to spare Lloyd the haunted look he was wearing the last time he saw the scar that remains. Raine doesn't anticipate she'll need her staff, unless what's wrong with his mana is something she can fix with Resurrection. She isn't sure about that yet.]
