Drawing my wings, no; the instant flight, yes. There's less mana to reflect the state of a waning world, and that makes it more difficult to see in such a fashion.

[But nevertheless, keeping his wings vibrant means expending mana, where the passive state recycles it. But bringing my wings to bear still requires using mana; I can be taxed, in doing it.
