She focuses on this now with some cheer, scanning through his work with a sharp eye. She murmurs under her breath, noting things as she goes; notably, she seems more and more pleased.]

Much improved. The next step, of course, is retaining that progress.

[There's a hesitation as she glances toward Kratos, thoughtful. This isn't really the initial lesson, after all, and the bonding is sure to be something both will need. Unless Kratos is overwhelmed; Raine hasn't dealt with many victims of torture, but she knows some of the theory.
