DADLINESS; awakening

[After Kratos passes back out, Yuan doesn't bother leaving. The refresher still has work to do on him, and he's loath to let Kratos out of his sight-- more, it must be said, for the solid knowledge that Kratos would find a way to slip him, and less because of genuine worry. He'd already established that Kratos would be fine, after all.]

[He handles moving Kratos out of the refresher himself, to a more private room where there are less chances of someone wandering in. And promptly handcuffs him to the bed. That should keep him from running off.]

[Then again, Kratos shouldn't have been able to disappear for twenty years, either. Yuan doesn't go far.]

[There's time to think, though mostly plans turn in circles. He has so many people in place, the pieces of a hundred possibilities that he might be able to pull together. Might. Kratos could change a lot of that. Ostensibly he's sympathetic. Kratos also chose to vanish. The boy can't be discounted, but...]

[Too many questions for Yuan's taste. He waits.]
