[It's evident that tactic didn't work almost immediately. Damn. Yuan stills off to Kratos's side -- where Kratos should still be able to see him -- and thinks about it. That wariness is the opposite of what he wants to spark. Yuan reaches out mentally, initially wordless but faintly apologetic.]

[There are words in a moment. Hm. You can follow me, or I can nudge you, as you prefer. This is habit, or it was. Long enough to leave a deeper mark than the other. You'll find your way back into it. Yuan would rarely describe himself as soothing; but he tries for it, vaguely.]

[The problem is Kratos juggling too many things he barely remembers at once. Yuan is convinced that with the right push all the tracks will fall seamlessly into place for one near-perfect composition, but finding the right way to push is proving trickier than he'd thought.]

[He knows Kratos. He'll figure this out.]
