[Kratos takes the Sylvaranti commander's badge of rank from Adrasteia and turns to leave the tent, expecting An-Lin to follow; his step is intent, his gaze focussed, in that combination of towering resolve which he doesn't realise makes him seem like an inexorable force of nature just as much as Yuan with the Swallow.
[There's still fighting going on, but Kratos delivers An-Lin to the tent whose loyalty is still uncertain, leaving her with one of the apprentice knights and orders to go to those prisoners who hadn't joined the riot in the last tent, and talk them into remaining wise. Then he moves to the lines still struggling with the Sylvaranti foothold, his voice cutting through the din to shout that their commander has fallen. Surrender, or die.
[Some choose to die. Some manage to retreat. Others lay down their arms. Regardless, the incursion is ended and the gap is closed, and Kratos sees Lirea on the wall, her bow still strung, as she barks orders to repair their defences. The artillery still has not stopped.
[Kratos sees to the recovery of the prisoners, has Leda and his platoon captains report to him on the status of their wounded. It's the usual post-battle maintenance to which he has to attend before he can look into anything else. Somewhere in there, the artillery stops. Possibly whoever was second-in-command decided better than bombing a camp with so many of their own still living.
[Notably, Kratos does not hear from Adrasteia. As soon as he has a moment, with sword on his waist and shield still on his back, and still in the same clothes and armour, Kratos goes back to the Sylvaranti tent to check in. He's a bit startled by the trembling in his knees -- but he shouldn't be; it's not the first time he's felt the sting of Ka-Fai's lightning. It just doesn't usually catch him so off-guard.]
