[It actually hadn't. He thought he'd been going for the most efficient process, as he's always done. He hadn't ordinarily consulted with others when he meant to make something happen he thought they would enjoy ... of course, much of the time, that had been his siblings. It honestly hadn't occurred to him that Yuan might take it so badly, even though, in retrospect, it seems like it should have been obvious why he would.

[There's nothing he can say. Even the reassurance that he'd been careful no one thought he was doing it of his own design isn't really much more than an excuse.]

Forgive me.

[This is soft, a touch raw, because it's all he has; though Kratos hardly deserves it. It seems even being a slave isn't enough to tell him what Yuan might have experienced when he was a youth. Of course it isn't; Yuan doesn't treat him like a slave.]
