[Kratos likewise takes the stance, and it does feel familiar, at least. He needs to pay more attention to his breath, but the pace with which Yuan begins is slow enough. Although it may have been a long time, Kratos isn't starting from nothing; he's still fit, and the movements are not completely alien.

[Kratos moves slower than Yuan even on the following patterns, at least in part to conserve energy. The rest is to keep the twinges in his muscles to a minimum. His breathing is controlled, but still grows fast, still reflects the fact that he's just an ordinary human these days.

[Even still, it's a nice stretch; soothing, and emptying of the mind, and lets Kratos work through the ache. The hum of exertion in him by the end is the good kind, the satisfying kind, even if he's breathing more heavily than Yuan might wish.
