conductingresistance: (there's nothing left of you)

[Of course it means they'll be taking off their towels. Why would anything in this spirits-forsaken place involve modesty. Yuan tries not to twitch at the looks given to him, doesn't entirely succeed, and is, again, pathetically grateful for the distraction of the architecture.]

[Any debt he feels Kratos for this is going to be entirely wiped clean by the fact this entire venture is Kratos's fault in the first place.]

[When they've made their way to the pool Yuan eyes it suspiciously. And then Kratos is -- briefly -- exceptionally naked, before being exceptionally submerged, and Yuan... hates everything.]

[Just for a moment. It will only take a moment. Yuan pulls the tie from his hair, sets it grimly on the bench beside Kratos's towel -- hesitates -- and pulls his own towel off to set down.]

[He feels naked. Mostly because he is, but it's more than that; the idea of having no defense against any judgment, no block nor excuse, almost freezes him there. Almost, because freezing would be worse than lunging undignified for the pool. Barely. Yuan forces himself to walk no matter how badly he wants to do otherwise until he can slip into the pool and instantly submerge, breathing out into the shock of the cold with a grim sort of satisfaction in it.]
